Server problems are rare. If they do occur, our senior staff are automatically alerted and our hosting company addresses server faults 24/7 - so we will already be aware of server-related issues.
When we are aware of issues, and they are expected to create more than 20 minutes of downtime, we will indicate an outage above.
Our normal support hours are: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
For urgent technical emergencies (business-critical technical faults, service outages) outside of these hours you can call our Out-of-hours Support Team.
Technical emergencies will be handled by our out-of-hours team under your support contract with no extra cost. Other issues can be dealt with out-of-hours at our out-of-hours rate, which is £170 per-hour + VAT in addition to your regular Support contract.
